On November 15, 2024, I, Steve, along with our company manager, Eric, traveled to Łódź, Poland, to meet with Philips executives. The main purpose of our visit was to discuss deeper collaboration and future strategic initiatives, and to enhance the existing business relationship between our companies.
On November 15, 2024, I, Steve, and our company manager, Eric, flew to Łódź, Poland, to meet with Agnieszka Dadura-Kubiak, the Supplier Account Manager, BOM Cross-Category Hub, and Procurement lead at Philips. Our primary goal was to discuss deeper collaboration and future strategic initiatives.
Agnieszka provided a comprehensive overview of Philips’ current operations and future plans, focusing on areas where our company could contribute, such as supply chain optimization and cost management. We shared several innovative ideas and solutions that align with Philips’ goals, particularly in sustainable practices and eco-friendly technologies.
The meeting was highly productive and both parties expressed a strong commitment to working together. We left with a clear action plan for the next steps, including regular follow-up meetings and the formation of a joint task force to explore specific areas of collaboration.
The visit not only advanced our business relationship but also deepened our personal friendship with Agnieszka. We are excited about the future prospects and look forward to a successful partnership.
